Yesterday I posted a video called '5 Strand Criss Cross Ribbon Braid' on YouTube!

Explanation:
You want to start off with a section at the front of your head. Split the section of hair into three. You should arrange the pieces of hair and ribbon as follows
HAIR, HAIR, RIBBON, RIBBON, HAIR
and number them if you need to
1, 2, 3, 4, 5
*This is the Dutch version, but you could reverse the below instructions into over, under, over if you wanted the braid to be more hidden!*
Take the left most strand (1) UNDER, OVER, UNDER so that it is now in the 4th position.
Rename your strands 1-5.
Take the fifth strand (5) and take that UNDER, OVER, UNDER so it is in the 2nd position. Every time you repeat the pattern, you take the strand UNDER, OVER, UNDER.

Remember that pattern.
Add hair to the left strand (1) and continue the pattern. Add hair to the right strand (5) and continue.
Once you get to the bottom, repeat the pattern until you have finished with all your hair and secure with an elastic.
Wrap any remaining ribbon around the elastic and your done!
